The Portal allows registered customers to view active and past jobs, make payments, and submit service requests or inquiries. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Portal at any time without prior notice.
You must create an account with accurate information and maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized access or suspected breach.
Payments are processed via third-party providers. We offer a 14-day refund window on services unless work has been approved through user acceptance testing. Transaction fees may apply.
You may not attempt unauthorized access, transmit malicious software, or interfere with the Portal’s operation. We may suspend or terminate access if misuse is detected.
Your use of the Portal is governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your data.
Reading Modern Technology, LLC is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from Portal use, including data loss or service interruptions, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
We may update these Terms periodically. Continued use after changes indicates acceptance.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, with disputes resolved in Berks County courts.
