He coordinates the development process across the team — aligning infrastructure, applications, and integrations so each project moves toward measurable outcomes. Partner and Integration Specialist
Nate leads service delivery and integration strategy, helping clients understand how new tools will function within their real environments. With fifteen years of experience in Berks County IT across organizations such as Reading School District and Shearer Tech, he brings practical insight into infrastructure planning, deployment logistics, and ongoing support needs.
He evaluates customer locations, coordinates hardware decisions, and ensures solutions are implemented in ways that remain maintainable over time. Nate’s work bridges planning and operations — making certain that what is designed can be reliably supported, scaled, and adapted as business requirements evolve.
Systems Administrator
Zeb focuses on the stability and security behind every deployment. Drawing on experience with Computer Wizards and security-focused organizations throughout eastern Pennsylvania, he designs and maintains the network and server environments that allow applications and integrations to operate safely and consistently.
His role centers on best practices — hardening infrastructure, monitoring performance, and ensuring systems remain resilient under real-world usage. Wesley is a back-end focused application developer and long-time collaborator with Reading Modern Technology. His work centers on building the technical engines that power complex solutions — including register systems, GPS-driven workflows, uptime monitoring, and other operational platforms that require reliable data processing behind the scenes.
As a preferred contractor, Wesley contributes deep implementation expertise that allows custom systems to move from concept to production efficiently. Jennifer Stank is the creative force behind the visual identity of many Reading Modern Technology projects and the owner of Stankin Good Designs. As a preferred contractor, she helps transform technical solutions into cohesive brand experiences — designing websites, application interfaces, and marketing materials that communicate clarity and professionalism.
